Our loans are conservative, short-term construction and rehabilitation loans to local real estate investors and businesses. All borrowers and projects are carefully scrutinized and underwritten against our internal guidelines.  We personally inspect each property and personally interview each borrower. We personally service the loans in our portfolio and carefully monitor each loan's performance.
